This system consists of mounting PVC-coated wire mesh onto a metal frame around sports fields. It serves to define the field boundaries and prevent balls used in sporting events from going out of bounds.
Pipe materials of the desired dimensions and wall thickness, as specified in the project, are generally installed around the perimeter of the site every three meters, and are mounted onto pre-assembled flanges using welding. Depending on the size of the site or the project, vertical pipes are joined to horizontal pipes of the desired dimensions at the desired points using welding. All connection points in the system are assembled flawlessly using welding. The joints will be opened in a dovetail joint shape and welded accordingly.
Steel tension cables or tension wires are mounted onto the constructed metal frame. Then, 50x50x3.50 mm or 40x40x3.50 mm PVC-coated wire mesh is installed and secured to the metal frame with binding wires. A pedestrian gate is installed in the desired area of the site. All metal components will be electrostatically powder coated.
