The area where the acrylic flooring will be installed will be cleaned using high-pressure washing machines. The purpose of the cleaning process is to remove dust, oil, dirt, and other imperfections that are unsuitable for acrylic flooring. After cleaning, the area will be left to dry.
If the surface to be coated is concrete, an epoxy or polyurethane primer will be applied to the site. The next step will be the application of an acrylic resurfacer coat. The application process is as follows: First, the acrylic resurfacer material will be emptied into a large, clean drum. A certain amount of silica acrylic sand will be added to the emptied material. Water will be added to the mixture to thin it. The resulting mixture will be mixed using a specially designed mixing equipment. After the material is thoroughly mixed, it will be applied to the surface using a rubber rake. The application will consist of one coat in total, with an average consumption of 450 g/m².
After the resurfacer material has completely dried, an acrylic cushion layer will be applied. The application process is as follows: First, the acrylic resurfacer material will be emptied into a large, clean drum. A certain amount of silica acrylic sand and powdered granular material will be added to the emptied material. Water will be added to the mixture to thin it. The resulting mixture will be mixed using a specially manufactured mixing equipment. After the material is thoroughly mixed, it will be applied to the field surface using a rubber rake. The application will consist of three layers in total, with an average consumption of 1350 g/m².
After the cushion material has completely dried, the acrylic paint layer will be applied. The application process is as follows: First, the acrylic paint material will be poured into a large, clean drum. A certain amount of silica acrylic sand will be added to the material. Water will be added to the mixture to thin it. The resulting mixture will be mixed using a specially manufactured mixing equipment. After the material is thoroughly mixed, it will be applied to the field surface using a rubber rake. The application will consist of three coats in total, with an average consumption of 1050 g/m². Before applying each coat, the previous coat must be allowed to dry completely.
During the application of the color coats, two colors will be applied. Following the completion of the color coat application, the playing lines will be drawn in accordance with international standards.
